Property Management System

Engsoft Property Management System helps landlords, property managers, and real estate firms manage rental properties, tenants, units, leases, payments, maintenance, and occupancy. It improves rent collection, communication, and property oversight across residential or commercial properties, replacing manual rent books, scattered spreadsheets, and informal maintenance tracking with a single, structured system.

The system connects an Admin / Property Manager Dashboard for day-to-day operations and oversight, a Landlord Dashboard giving property owners visibility into their portfolio, and a Tenant Self-Service Portal through which tenants view invoices, make payments, and raise maintenance requests. A rent invoice generated, a payment received, or a maintenance ticket raised is reflected immediately across all three.

The platform supports property, block, and unit management, rent invoicing and arrears tracking, maintenance and contractor coordination, and utility and service-charge billing, giving property businesses one system of record from tenant onboarding to lease exit.
